Today, the Phillips family continues the tradition of excellence — with Nathan managing daily operations, Sandi (“Mom”) guiding design and management, Michelle supporting administration, and Garrett leading creative design and space planning. Together, the team brings warmth, integrity, and personalized care to every project, from custom homes and remodels to commercial developments and tenant build-outs.
